These Terms govern your use of Bawlmer Made (the “Service”), which sells personalized decals for trash and recycling bins on a print-on-demand basis.

Orders & proofs

All orders are produced only after you approve a print-ready proof. You are responsible for confirming that the house number and street name on the proof are correct. Once a proof is approved and production begins, orders are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.

Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that applying a decal to your bin is permitted by the applicable municipality, homeowners association, or property owner. We do not guarantee that any bin may be labeled.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed at the time of order. Payment is collected upon proof approval. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bawlmer Made is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or the products.
